I lost Miles for a minute in the house today. It was that toddler quiet that becomes worrisome pretty quickly. I called his name and went room to room.
He was hiding, I eventually discovered, in one of his favorite spots. A bed.
Miles has a bed obsession. His favorite game? Pretending to go to sleep in a bed. Under the covers. Preferably with his blanket.
Are you looking for Miles? He’s probably in a bed.
He’s tried them all.
And sometimes he lets me play too.
